Former Executive Director of Heritage Winnipeg Passes

On September 23rd, 2021, George Siamandas, former Executive Director of Heritage Winnipeg, passed away. George was passionate about telling the stories of Winnipeg, from documentaries on Prairie Public Television to his history website, The Winnipeg Time Machine. His efforts helped a wider audience learn about and appreciate Manitoba’s rich heritage. Heritage Winnipeg extends our condolences to George’s family and friends.
